About The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Solution Specialist with a strong background in case management and a deep appreciation for technology. This individual will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients’ needs and our advanced technology solutions, ensuring that our offerings effectively support case management processes and drive forward the profession.

The role will report into the Head of Sales.

 

What you will do… 

  • Partner with Aidin sales directors to develop strong client relationships and to ensure a deep understanding of their requirements and objectives
  • Articulate the value of the Aidin solution to Health Systems executives, clinicians, and care managers
  • Drive bookings for net new customers and expansions for current customers in partnership with the sales directors
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and tailor technology solutions that address specific case management needs
  • Utilize your expertise to recommend best practices and innovative approaches
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our technology offerings and stay updated on industry trends
  • Share insights and recommendations to help clients leverage technology for enhanced case management
  • Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our solutions
  • Work closely with the product development team to suggest enhancements based on client input and emerging needs in case management
  • Advocate for the role of technology in advancing case management
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to represent Aidin and share knowledge on best practices and innovations

  • Command of recent trends and policies impacting key stakeholders in large Health Systems

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in case management, with a demonstrated understanding of case management processes and challenges
  • Familiarity with case management software and technology solutions
  • Ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs
  • A genuine interest in leveraging technology to drive advancements in case management and healthcare delivery
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory to support sales objectives
  • Passion for improving healthcare and post-acute transition processes and enhancing the performance of our clients
