About the Role:

The Manager of Post Acute Growth & Partnerships will drive Aidin’s growth in the post-acute care (PAC) segment by leading sales efforts and influencing product strategy. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution as you’ll be responsible for growing monthly recurring revenue through both new business development and ensuring that customer feedback drives product improvements.

The successful Manager will:

  • Evangelize our mission is to improve patient outcomes through better care transitions, leading clients to understand how Aidin’s solutions have a meaningful impact on care coordination.
  • Relentlessly pursue opportunities to grow Aidin’s presence in the healthcare market, engaging high-level decision-makers and developing a strategic approach to win new business.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and client success teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective clients.
  • Close new and incremental business, maintaining a strong pipeline, accurately forecasting, and meeting sales goals consistently.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage the sales process with prospective clients from lead gen and qualification to deal closure, using a solution selling sales methodology.
  • Lead discovery processes with empathy and demonstrating credibility, uncovering the business challenges that Aidin can solve for prospective customers.
  • Track and report on pipeline progress, continually qualifying active deals to ensure goals are met. 
  • Develop marketing segment strategies, brand messaging, and support in collateral creation to drive product visibility.
  • Work collaboratively with customer support to develop an upsell process and strategy for inbound requests that could qualify for an upsell opportunity.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with the product team to drive feature development and enhance user journeys.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven success in SaaS sales, ideally within healthcare technology.
  • An understanding of post-acute care and ability to translate industry needs into tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence both customers and internal teams.
  • Sales rigor and discipline; comfort with and motivated by revenue targets. 
  • Experience developing strategic sales campaigns and managing complex sales processes.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative approach to achieving results.
  • Strong CRM skills to manage and forecast pipeline activity accurately.
